Wellbeing – The Interobjective Dimension

Wellbeing on the interobjective dimension pertains to a person’s wellbeing at the level of societal institutions.

  • Infrastructures: how well they support the wellbeing of individuals (e.g. mass transportation, power grid)
  • Institutions: how well they support individual wellbeing (e.g. hospitals, schools, research facilities)
  • Government: how well the laws and power dynamics are conducive to policies that enhance individual wellbeing
  • Economy: how well the economic concepts, tools, and institutions support individual wellbeing (e.g. how money is created, stored, used; loans and debts etc.)
